I haven't played Fantasy Life yet, but I want to.

I'm not really sure how any Kotaku reader could've missed Hatoful Boyfriend. There has been many mentions of it on this blog. I'm also not sure if I agree with Danganronpa.

My favorite parts:

So have they said anything about who the girl in the kimono is yet? I assume she's going to be this game's version of Maya - Ryunosuke's sidekick.

I think it is an addiction. At my house we bought 1 Nendroid. Then we bought 5 more after that. CUTE THINGS. GAH.

The Gamecube controller was the most uncomfortable controller out of them all for me. It wasn't the fact that the controller was small. I have small hands. I don't know why, but it has been the worst controller I've ever had to use, and I've been gaming since the NES days.

Yeah, definitely depends on area. I actually live in Tokyo and it's rare for me to see itasha if it's not specifically an itasha gathering. Outside of itasha gatherings, I've only seen maybe 5 itasha in the past 2 1/2 years. And all but one of those were in Akihabara.

GAH. Stop it, Tabata. He's making me excited about this game. The problem with that, of course, is the game still doesn't have a release date. :(

I'm at that point in life where I've optimized life's grinding. But it still requires waiting to get to where I want to be. It's comparable to an RPG where you're fighting the enemies that give the most experience possible in the game and you've equipped items that double your experience earned. Even if it makes

Well... It's better you not save your credit card information anyway. Not just for reasons of kids. If you lose your 3DS or you trade your 3DS or Wii U in and forget to remove that information first, then you could have some random person charge things to your account. I know it's annoying to enter it every time. But

Actually, you know what bothers me about the whole Santa thing? Parents tell their kids to not trust strangers. And then parents put their kids on the lap of the local mall Santa. Who is a stranger. And parents wonder why their kid starts screaming their head off. :/

Uh.... is it just me or does the blond guy sound like James Arnold Taylor? AKA Tidus.

Cool. Like someone else said, I wasn't really sure about Amiibos. Except for Smash Bros, so far they seem to just unlock on-disc content and be cute little Nintendo figures. But I think I want to pick up a few now to mess around with on Smash Bros. I feel like I've always been a mediocre fighting game player in

Are Amiibos region locked? The fact that some Amiibos are rare in the US blows my mind. Here in Japan I can buy any of them extremely easily. All of the stores that stock Amiibos have all of them that are out, to include the 3 supposed rare ones.

I can't go tomorrow because I'm going to a concert clear the hell on the other side of Tokyo. Should I go Sunday? I don't know. I suppose the upside is I'm guaranteed to get eleventy streetpasses without moving while standing in the guaranteed long line.

Ikebukuro. Sunday. New store. Opening weekend only goods. I think you underestimate Japan.

Lawson's is where I pay my bills. Why don't I get to hear the victory fanfare when I pay my bills? The companies are defeating me, taking my money away. :(

Yeah, this is just a Bioware thing. I definitely remember enemies sometimes trying to fight me during cutscenes during Neverwinter Nights and Mass Effect too.

You unfortunately made some mistakes.

Did you mean to reply to me? I didn't say anything about FFX/FFX-2. Those aren't remakes. Those are remasters.
