This is a hell of a deal. In the US they usually go for a bit more, but in the EU they are 2-3x the price. So for $2800 he could buy it, export it to the EU and triple his $.

There are quite a few around — I’ve seen about a half-dozen since I’ve been in Belgium 8 months. Some are sold via Chevy-Europe (look at my other post with the maroon Citation) and others were brought over by US Service members and then resold to locals.

There was a Citroen Jumpy parked out front one night and it had a decal from “Spa Francorchamps” on the back. I can’t find my picture, though.
