I just went and looked, and they have 3 mid season ones on. They used to have the first couple episodes on there too. But a thing popped up that since I haven't upgraded to ios7 yet that some videos aren't available to me that are available to those that have upgraded, so that is a factor.

The NBC app has some Blacklist episodes, but not all of them. And annoyingly it skips some episodes and then continues with the rest of the season. But I LOVE The Blacklist and highly recommend it, however you get it.
