I keep one of these pilates rings underneath my desk. I had trouble remembering to use it though, I'd start using it on my thighs, then get caught up in work after a few reps and sit there with it for 45 minutes before remembering and starting the cycle again. So when I started using TimeOut I used the 10 second

I'm a professional photographer and I can't recommend Lightroom enough. It has everything a majority of photographers could ever need and is well worth the price. I know more than a few pros who use it exclusively.

I think the people who voted yes did so with the assumption that servers would no longer be paid $2.50 an hour, but be bumped up to real wages to make up for the lack of tips.

These new updates seem fantastic. Pocket is one of my all-time favorite applications. I have it on every device I own and find it indispensable.

That is a ridiculous comment. Spend your whole life without any baked goods or cereals just because you personally think wheat is bad? You prefer coffee black so therefore everyone should as well. Someone thinks very highly of themselves.

All of the grocery stores around me sell it. Take a look in the natural aisle.

I've never heard of anyone using Google + before (except when it was thrust on them). Did people vote that way as a joke, or am I just completely out of touch?

You can buy oat milk in grocer stores as well. It's a bit too strong for my tastes though. Hemp milk is another one that was missed.

Coffee, baked goods, smoothies, cereal... there are many places you can't substitute water for cow's milk.

Private browsing doesn't do much of anything. Try Do Not Track Me, it's a free add-on for browsers that works really well.

I know, I had no idea there were so many closed-minded bigots that frequented this site. Or is it just that they're the ones who feel the need to voice their opinion the loudest? Either way, I'm regretting the decision to read these comments :(

Sugar + honey + olive oil = a much better scrub. Mix a few dabs of each until you get a paste and rub away. It exfoliates and moisturizes at the same time. And it doesn't taste bad at all.

First thing in the morning I brew a K-Cup in my mini Keurig. I leave my phone next to the brewer and as soon as my alarm goes off I hit the power button. It's not my favorite system, but nothing gets me out of bed except for a piping hot mug of coffee. For the rest of the day a French Press works well for me. Or a

She was other-than-honorably discharged. NOT dishonorably discharged. Honestly, have you ever heard of fact-checking before?

If you want to use loose tea (or coffee) you can do the same thing in a French Press. Add tea and water the night before. The next morning push down the press and there you go. Obviously add more tea/coffee for a concentrated solution add less if you want to drink it straight.

I have a very similar sleep schedule to the author and I am not tired during the day either. Unlike the author I do drink a few cups of coffee (including the one I drink immediately after waking up while still in bed) and a cup of tea a day. It's now almost 7:30 pm in my neck of the woods. I've been up since 9 am

As a lady I have to say these comments are enlightening. I always thought beards came in around puberty. I had no idea many were in their 20s before it was necessary. Lucky guys!

Same here. I had no inclination to drag a razor across my legs but I was the only one at cheerleading camp who didn't shave, so before the first practice of the year I shaved for the first time because everyone else thought it was gross. I think I was about 11 too.

This was a great one. Maybe my favorite of the series. She was humorous and had some great advice.

Instead of putting lotion on after you get out, moisturize while you're in the shower. I take about 30 seconds before my shower and mix together some raw sugar and coconut oil that I keep under the cabinet (w/ a few drops of essential oils too). Before I shave or get out of my shower (depending on my schedule )I rub
