@Jhonka: Wait less than 1 year. When the Cobalt came out GM said they wouldn't offer the same crazy incentives as they did on the Cavalier. That being said, after a year you could get huge discounts and 0% financing for 6 years, they ended up moving a ton of cars at no profit just like before. It kept the lines

@JobuNeedsARefill: I watched the first half of the MC Hammer TV Movie...one thing I learned is that the money never stops coming in!

@BullittFan_Fords4Life: I am sure they could hit 88mph, as I owned an early 90's Honda Civic(non v-tec) that could hit 115mph with 13" tires and a lawnmower of an engine.

@underwear-ninja: Yes, this is true...but a VW van, that puts out maybe 60hp cannot. The Delorean was slow compared to any competitors...but could easily outrun a VW van.

@Serolf Divad: So true, sometimes that myth carries on to adulthood.

I thought VW van's could actually keep up to a Delorean.

Lets piss the world off and turn it into a smallblock powered rat rod!

I would love a throwback tii model. Perhaps with a 6 speed manual, and the new turbo inline 6. I would also like the weight to shed by 350lbs and naybe some mild fender flares.

@Eggwich McSpencer: Most if all Canadian provinces allow registration of RHD vehicles over 15 years old. The problem is insurance companies don't want to insure them using the excuse they are dangerous. I was looking into getting a 94 Honda Acty Dump.

@jdoubleh: You got it right, being we have this huge tarriff on commercial vehicles is a catch 22. You protect North American jobs and secure an industry, but let that industry sell us the same old crap for 20 years before they begrudgingly change it.

@Eggwich McSpencer: Its awesome, for the time being we have these things running around on our streets in Canada. They run about $5-8000, all are RHD, and are all over 15 years old(its our import laws)

@Jerm Deeks: The worst part of our Canadian internet, is that even when you buy the fastest internet, and the largest bandwidth...they throttle torrents, p2p, and apple tv. I cannot stream Apple HD movies on Rogers, yet score between 15-18mbps on bandwidth tests. We have the throttle monster, and the CRTC didn't

@JonZeke: You hit it right on the head. Plus the average person with money to blow on a sports car will most likely be over 40, and they don't like the Elise rock hard ride. I would have wanted one when I was 19, but now would rather a BMW Z4, or a Porsche Boxster. Lotus sells a lot of cars to Asian guys(drive

I have driven, a current Lotus Elise, and it's a brilliant car. It's performance and handling is amazing. It turns heads, gets questions and comments wherever you go. It feels like you are in an exotic supercar, that runs under $50k.

@Spasticteapot: Its worth about the same as the $US...give or take bit.

@brandegee: I totally agree, the Sonata turbo would be great with a stick.

@RB26Skyline- big bore envy: Buy a 370Z. Upgrade the car with everything Stillen has to offer. You will spend less and have a quicker car, that cost's less, has a manual, and scares the shit out of you!
