Guys, guys, guys. BB cream with a little bit of bronzer and/or highlighter. Like... 30 seconds? two minutes if I'm being careful with my eyeliner? I'll make a tutorial, it's so complicated.
When the first xBox came out I bought it for my boyfriend at the time and we started playing Halo together. I can not tell you how many times that game got thrown in the trash because I had kicked his ass at it and he was pissed. He’d rip it out of the xBox, slam it into the box and throw it in the garbage. I’d go…
god men are so sensitive
Or just because make-up is a fun way to play with your appearance (which you have no matter what you do, so you might as well have fun with it) : - ) It could also be useful for the few times you have to take a formal portrait for your career or something. But I’m kinda out there, I think men should wear more…
Or it is a show-off in-joke between people who are seriously good at what they do.
Nooo. It’s really more for photoshoots and whatnot. Also, this “clown contouring” thing is more tongue-in-cheek for the MUA. One girl said she did it in response to commenters saying she looked like a clown with all her makeup.
Exactly. I live in a city that sex workers working at the same club or same area can be completely happy and independent or controlled by an abusive pimp. This is also about protecting all women really, not even just sex workers. Take this show down. It is wrong wrong wrong.
They aren’t shinging a light on the problem. This show is further stigmatizing sex work.
Getting rid of the customers isn’t a solution either. That doesn’t get rid of sex workers and make them stop working. If anything it makes it harder on the sex worker earn a living and makes them take risks. If you want to help sex workers and trafficking victims, then decriminalize sex work.
It’s not even a little bit about censorship or pilicing airwaves. Criminalizing sex workers keeps sex work unsafe and makes sex workers vulnerable whether they chose it or were trafficked/coerced.
It’s funny you say that because there are Swops that fight hard for trafficking victims while, anti sex work organization use trafficking victims as slave labor.
Treating clients as criminals makes it harder to get quality clients. Only the guys that have nothing to lose would see sex workers/victims. Plus they would expect less money for the same services.
Here we go again-
It’s not censorship to ask for something to be removed because it is actively harmful to a community.
It’s always the same patronizing crap from these people. They claim they’re “saving” people from “themselves” while degrading them, criminalizing them, and whittling away at their agency every chance they get.
I don’t know if you guys remember Monica Jones, the Black transwoman that was accused of manifesting as a prostitute in Arizona. She is looking for help to finish her degree. Please help out if you can. http://jezebel.com/report-reveals…
Oh god this Cohen guy is giving me the absolute fucking creeps. All this shit he’s done “for” these women? Yeah, are you SURE none of them were under the impression that your “help” was only available if you “’pretended’ to be their client”?
So the name of the show itself implies all these women are victims...yet at the same time it treats them like criminals?
