As a pretty avid fan of the business and history, I'm a little shocked to hear him sound decent on the subject. He's not completely wrong or right about the "Attitude Era". It was better from an excitement point and a what will happen next point, but the matches by and large sucked.

Well, given that he wasn't knocked out cold I think we have enough information to go on. Now, if someone can present a gun or a knife she had on him then we'll talk. But no matter how bitchy, no matter what she said, no matter if she slapped him - none of it makes this reasonable.

Yes, the guy that wrote a letter to his team and to the NFL about how disgusting the punishment was is a victim blamer. The guy that wants Rice behind bars is the victim blamer.

Did I say anything to that effect? Seriously, did I? I'm very familiar with Ray Rice and while he's short, the dude is solid scary muscle. At no point did I absolve him or equate them on a physical level. Stop creating arguments that don't exist.

While I can't speak for Goldberg, her comments were pretty harsh, I don't think many people actually are absolving him at all. I think that's part of the discussion here on a general level. There is a cross section that decides that the moment you comment on the behavior of the victim, no matter what, you're blaming…
