No but there is a rule the game operates under that requires you to have all 3 spiritual stones to get the Master Sword and by not having those things you’re circumventing the intended requirements of the game to get an item the game wouldn’t say you’ve earned the right to have otherwise. Games are software, and they

I find that most speedrunners find joy in finding exploits or figuring out things they werent supposed to about a game, but the whole goal of speedrunning is for an accomplishment, not because the game is more enjoyable that way.

A dictionary doesnt teach you how to write, tho. You can put as many fancy words in an article as you like and it can still read like garbage if you cant write.

If consulting a walkthrough isnt considered cheating, IDK how scoping out a mission yourself and planning an attack before completing it would be. You have to actually put in the work and execute it. Its not like alt-tabbing or pausing out of a game to glance at a page.

My verdict: Yes. The ‘one shot’ nature of the Elusive Targets is what makes them so special. Pre-planning runs counter to their spirit. Going in blind and working out a strategy on the fly is what makes them so high stakes—and also so much fun. If you fumble a Target or make a silly mistake, you just have to live

Did she not have the ability to bail out once they did change it?

This doesn’t raise new questions about the ethics of child stardom. This is the same thing as kids being actors and making millions off of films while they are young. The platform is different and that’s the only difference

I’d have to give Geometry Dash a nod, though I’m not sure if that game even came out this year or if I just played it this year. Either way, for me, it was one of the best soundtracks of MY year, though I also don’t know if the music is original or licensed

Albeit

Apparently people are too stupid to see your comment was a joke.

Increasingly, the biggest and best (not necessarily the same thing) PC games are finding homes away from Steam. This year’s multiplayer sensation, Overwatch, joins the likes of World of Warcraft and Hearthstone on Blizzard’s Battle.net, while EA confines the Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 to Origin. Microsoft has

That you typed this whole thing out has me shaking my head

Ya and I’ve seen it too and can concur its really good. If you follow gaming pretty intently you might see some stuff you already knew (I certainly did) but it’s only 20ish mins and worth a watch

I don’t get this argument. If you were worried about spoilers from the start, and the trailers revealed too much, wouldn’t that be obvious fairly quickly? Wouldn’t you get 2-3 trailers in and think “ah I’m seeing too much” and just not watch the other ones that come out?

I won’t go that far, but I’ll take the safe bet that this term is being coined off of the backs of a few men who are, in comparison, a very very minuscule percentage of people vs all of the guys active on Twitter who aren’t starting huge, long-winded threads.

Oh, what the Hell...

Here’s a long thread complaining about

Holy shit, Im crying right now. Thank you so much

That argument makes zero sense. She writes for Gizmodo. Her article doesnt appear on her own blog, it appears on Gizmodo. She is employed/contracted by Gizmodo. People associate shit-articles like this with the hosting website far more than they do the individual author. Any editor will tell you that. Just look at all

Its annoying and you can complain about it, sure. But does it warrant an article on Gizmodo, while also pairing it with “men” so as to delineate that this is some sort of “man” problem on Twitter? Id love to see the evidence that this is a “man” problem. This article is BUILT on whatever the author wanted to cherry

So this person knows how to draw the same helmet over and over again, therefore this is cyberpunk.... got ya.

You know, it says s lot about our society that we have this amazing platform for the entire world to use to do some good and THIS guy is the biggest person associated with it. Not only that, but he’s being praised for pulling a middle schoolers level prank because apparently all that matters to people is his gained
