The caps here in Belgium are about 1.5TB/month at this point, if you download after hours using your 100mbit connection. And that's with the provider that has a cap.

www.nzbmatrix.com is my fave for searching. Horrid community, but most of the stuff is there. [newzbin2.es] is a close second, even though the community never quite got back on its feet after the first one went under.

I bought 25GB for $5 a couple of years ago, though I never actually used more than 1GB, I kept the account open. What's $5 a year, right? So I'm sitting pretty in that regard.
