I think heavy fines should do its job.
But like most regulatory agent in US, they are controlled by the corporations which they regulate.

I find it completely okay to child proof some objects but banning an item cause of misuse is stupid.
It is stuff like that that makes business owners stay away.

I don’t think Kinder Eggs need to be banned, you just need a age label and a warning label on it.
It was more ridiculous that Bucky Balls was banned cause some kid swallowed it and the toy isn’t even rated for small kids.

Some things which some may misunderstand about organic
Organic still contains pesticides and may usually have more due to the fact that organic pesticides may not be as powerful.
And some organic pesticides might be more harmful to humans than synthetic ones.

It is generally still ok to use acids as long as you diluted it and don’t soak it for a long time.
