It is okay to take them but you should not be to reliant.
Inflammation and fever are part of the body’s way of repairing, of course there are instances whereby the fever gets to high or swelling impedes the healing process.

Unless your fever gets really high or affects your sleep, people should avoid taking these as they are symptomatic drugs meaning they do not cure what you suffer from.
