The reaction you'd expect from a terrified parent after hearing their child had been found would be to get up and RUN to get to him...not continute the f'ing interview. Seeing that you knew he was involved. You don't sit there and continue the interview.

A slap here, a belt there, and a little bit of chest impaling in the end? Sounds like abuse.

This and the fact that someone in another article is saying that a little girl should be made to face the wall or stay on her knees for 2 hours as punishment for stealing a donut is making me cry.

I think the court agrees and it will be covered under the "neglected or refused to provide proper or necessary medical care necessary for the child(ren)'s health" part of the petition. Letting a kid scratch himself bloody is a pretty lame defense.

I don't think many people were surprised, there were obviously many red flags, but people are still going to react strongly to something as horrific as child abuse. No preaching required, methinks.

can I join you??

Ya, as soon as I saw him "receive the news" that his son had been found - I was like - oh hell no - that dude KNEW and he was trying to act all shocked but I was not buying it at all. BAD ACTING. Much more like - shit - i'm on tv - how do I cover????

How many times do people have to read about child abuse before they start realizing not everyone should become a parent? Every married but childless hetero couple I know gets questioned about when they're going to have kids and/or why they don't have kids yet. Seriously, stop acting like it's the "normal" thing to do

I am so upset about this shit. Parents: YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT YOUR PROPERTY. THEY ARE A GIFT! YOU ARE FUCKING LUCKY TO HAVE THEM.

Oh god, how awful. That poor boy. I hope all of these kids can stay far away from these people.

Nancy Grace's reveal was so bizarre, I don't know what a normal parent's reaction would be.

Sidenote: Obviously I don't have much sympathy for the parents now that all the abuse stuff has surfaced, but what a fucking horrible person Nancy Grace is for the 20 second pause in between saying "your son has been found in

Blood on the clothes from eczema?! Ok, my son had terrible eczema as a little kid. We got him prescription ointment and switched soaps. In the coldest winter days, his hands would bleed a bit at the knuckles so then we'd coat them in ointment and have him sleep with cotton gloves on. If you're using bloody clothes

If you think driving a PVC pipe into a kid's chest is something your parents would do, and normal, I urge you to discuss this with someone.

in a situation like this I feel the only just punishment for these "parents" is to starve them and beat their ass with a PVC pipe.

Nope. Sorry, they were terrible.

This reads like a Grimms' fairy tale. My god, Nancy Grace is the fairy godmother of all this.

Dibs on using that pipe to crack the father on the back of the head.

Between this and the guy who googled how long it would take to kill an animal in a hot car, I am done.

Balloon Boy 2.0

Anyone who watched the interview with nancy grace where she revealed the boy had been found has gotta wonder. That was the biggest piece of bad acting on his part that I have ever seen. I was wincing the whole time thinking.. uhuh. Ham it up some more dude.
