    Thats a grammy burst

    Fuck monopolies.

Indeed. Was referring to the products under the Meta umbrella.

Can’t see a single reason about how this can go horribly wrong very quickly...

Thing is, Meta isn’t all that bad. However, it’s not good or convenient enough to really cause a need to swap off already existing platforms for what it would be used for. Like, it has it’s uses, but there are more convenient means for said uses in programs like Zoom or whatnot.

Oh look, another mobile attempt getting shuttered within a year...

I legitimately like the animation so far, lack of ass aside. They went more Wreck-It Ralph realistic cartoony style instead of Minions, and I’m really happy about that. That’s probably going to be the best part about this movie.

    Boobity

Honestly, it’s probably a combo of both.

Theres a reason I dont play against people online.

Every one of these dumb choices is more “squeeze every penny out of people”. It’s not dumb from an executive standpoint, but dumb for anyone who wants to enjoy the game.

Jersey Mike’s is legit. Been a fan of them for a while, though I was fortunate to grow up near the shore where they started out. Only complaint is that they removed anything fried chicken from their menu. I still miss their chicken parm sub.

I think theres a youtube channel that chronicles why chains like Blimpie and Quiznos collapsed.

I remember when they were 25%, and once they finished gobbling up the other franchises, they dropped it down every couple years.

Getting discounts on games goes a long way for those who enjoy playing games, especially when they are late teens/early 20s.

Yea, the suits behind it pulling plugs far too soon as they don’t see immediate profits.

Unfortunately, it feels very difficult to launch a network nowadays, especially given the platforms that most seem to launch them on and how they basically shifted ad revenues to massively favor the platform instead of the content production. Combine that with the instant profit NOW mentality of execs... and yea, not

Feels like with the success of Stardew, a bunch of others are now pushing again to make a quick buck, in addition to the OG Farm Sim putting out a new release.

People have a passion for games and want to work with what they enjoy. Sadly, those passion project game stores all got gobbled up by the shithead business majors back in the 90s and early 2000s until GS was pretty much all that was left. Now, if you want to work selling games that isn’t a department store like Target
