I love this bike; I own the same year and color scheme. It was my starter bike. I found it to be a Goldilocks -- I commuted on it in Manhattan but also found it comfortable enough for highway rides upstate. Of concern on this one -- it’s missing the triangular-colored cladding on BOTH sides. Mine fell off on the

I agree with you on the packaging but not the branding. Doctors, dentists, and lawyers need their luxury and their chrome in their big trucks... but they still want to cosplay as working men, or hunters, or whatever. The Ford, Chevy, and Ram marques give them that. But with a Lincoln truck (or a Cadillac!), you lose

Love that you started this conversation. Part of the appeal for me of Season 1 was that the *detective* story itself was kinda weak; the bigger message was a meta-commentary on detective stories (and so much else). Hell, even the title was part of that meta-commentary. Looking back on it, with NP’s reactions here,

This is a fair question and important information missing from the article. In Georgia, Super Speeders are drivers ticketed for traveling 75 mph or faster on a 2-lane road or 85 mph or faster on other roads or highways.

Definitely the reverse of many MCU films — too short! Too many kernels of good ideas that were unexplored or underdeveloped! Carol’s destroying the Supreme Intelligence and its implications was set up to be the reason she wasn’t around on Earth for so long, yet we see it in flashback, and it’s barely discussed. Her

I also love her take on Crimson & Clover.

FAR better than the insipid “Pink.”

This response is rational and correct, and I hate it.

That is a MAJOR “unless,” as it’s a FREQUENTLY OCCURRING QUALIFIER. And the rest of your comment is a fairytale.

This is the answer. 2nd-gen would also work and has the stick.

@burnmedown42069 agreed. The consequences of the election are mentioned twice in the finale, both times as personal annoyances to the Roys and not more globally in terms of damage to American democracy — Willa might *have* to live with her husband in the US, and Roman got roughed up by “your people.” (Spoken to Shiv.)

I think it’s important to understand this vehicle in the context of Toyota’s current SUV lineup. No more Land Cruiser in the US. This is your large, $70,000 SUV. LC had very few takers in its final years — some potential buyers will migrate to other brands, but many will conceivably go for the new Sequoia. The

FIFTH GENERATION?! I had no clue this nameplate lasted that long. When I think of Parisienne, I ONLY think of this malaise-era sedan.

Last year I bought an ‘07 C2 manual with ~55,000 miles. I got a PPI before buying, and I took it straight to a Porsche dealer to get the recommended 15-year maintenance. I drive it daily and haven’t had a single issue with it. Easy to live with and makes me smile every day. Absolute yes, there is a point.

This might be the ideal use of this vehicle, and I mean that with all sincerity.

Google Chick Fil A and Uganda. Not “overly hyperbolic” here. You say “political donations” to minimize the fact that CFA $ went to these causes in Uganda. https://temple-news.com/do-you-know-where-chickfila-dollars-going/

Relatedly, with this design and at this price, what is the target market cross-shopping with this car? A Mustang? As a longtime fan of the 1- and 2-series, I’d take a Mustang over this, any day.

Grateful that HF’s affordability makes wrenching accessible. But are there items you should never skimp on? What do you get at HF, and what do you shell out more for, because it’ll last, or it’s important?

...and just because a guy has sex with a guy doesn’t mean he’s gay.

I’m trying to ascertain the meaning of the fact that Angela’s kid Topher seemed to be building a floating model of Veidt’s castle in his bedroom. Does that point to Trieu as captor or Dr. Manhattan? Or someone else?
