Yes, I agree with you. I know it’s not diversion. When I first started reading the story, I thought it could be.  But, as I continued to read it, I realized it’s def not a diversion program. 

But, he didn’t plea no contest. There is no plea and there is no community service. DA already confirmed this.

Yup. That would be my guess. Some sort of major CPD screw up. The leaks and the CPD lying about the hate letter also didn’t help. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is some cam footage of them abusing the brothers into a confession as well.
