@Victor V.: Yes, passwords are mandatory. But the question at hand is "why share them?" Stories like this pop up all the time.

And why do people share their passwords, again?

@Edix:
I have bought more games from Steam over one year than I have from anywhere else in the past five years.
Another number rule is 20/20/20.
@Emperor_was_a_jerk: The Tab actually isn't all that great a device considering what else is out there, but I feel the sheer amount of negativity in this so-called review blows the whole thing out of proportion. And that isn't new. Ars Technica's 18-pager on WP7 made Gizmodo look like an opinion columnist.
@upwindsquid: xbox360 controllers have native drivers in windows 7 that should install automagically, but the game needs to support it too. A program called Xpadder will net you universal support but it'll put you down $9 unless you know a place to pirate it from. Maximumpc did an article on it: [www.maximumpc.com]
@Demonicume: I think that car analogy would be better used with an argument for case mods. Plexiglass windows and neon lights.
Here's my "desktop." I never understand why people put so much effort into customzing something that will just be covered by another program after like 7 seconds.
Bugmenot hasn't really been all that useful for me lately. If you try to use it with a site that requires registration before you can see content, oftentimes they actively delete bugmenot accounts or even go so far as to have bugmenot blacklist their pages.
@Le Starman Royale, duc des Mudkips et des modules MIDI: That's not an extension though, that's a greasemonkey script.
A good source for wallpapers is wallbase.net. Click the sliders on the right side of the search for options and choose your resolution and nsfw-preferences.
Don't get me wrong, it is impressive, but I can't justify the cost
@Miguipigui: cant wait for black ops.
No love for minecraft? over 500k people bought it. That's kick-ass for an indie game that's still in alpha stages.
@m57: I thought the ad campaign was relevant to society. Sit down at the bus stop and watch hundreds of people walk buy, and a large number of them have their noses buried in their phones. In addition to being unsafe (not watching where you're going) it's kinda sad. These people are too occupied at checking their…
You guys ever see Parking Wars on TruTV? They just drive around and a when a scanner notices a plate is marked for booting, it beeps at them. They just drive around all day. Of course such a system works for stolen vehicles as well.
I've used cain & able before but firesheep is way scarier. You literally just hit one button and watch the accounts roll in. At least c&b is complicated enough that my mom can't use it.
You're going to want something wider than the tire. If you use your old rim, that's narrower than the tire on most bikes. A good pair of fenders will wrap around the wheels a bit.
