I had this happen to me. I just mailed them a check for $0 and a copy of the letter as an explanation. Hopefully it made somebody's day at work.

@Brak: It came with six. Charge them all and stick 'em in your freezer until you need them.
I think this isn't just pointed at iPhone. Now, carriers and manufacturers will have less incentive to include an eFuse that bricks your phone if you try to root/jailbreak it.

@hjustin93: Looking at the results on the Av-comparatives website, I think I can say that you getting infected is your own damn fault.
