Am I the only one on the entire world who didn't think the granular controls were difficult to set up? It took me like 1 minute and it didn't confuse me at all.

Google Chrome has syncing built-in using your google account. Just click the wrench and hit 'sync bookmarks' and input your creds, and do the same on another computer, or even the portable version on your flash drive.
I like my mp3s, but if I can't hear the lower notes/voices I may as well not listen at all. Music doesn't sound good without support. I prefer to have good listening equipment, too. I shouldn't have to turn up the music to extreme levels to hear it over chatty cathy in the seat behind me.
Here's another way to cut down on keys.
@MattM: Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

I love remoting it, but now my grandma expects me to be able to help her out anytime she wants. NOT good.
TV is ridiculously expensive when you consider what you get from it. That's why I jumped the shark.
My brain is more effective than any of these. It is the fastest and most efficient. I use my own custom algorithms that I can change whenever I feel like, on the fly.

I never considered that it was the light of the screen that kept me awake.
@sugardeath: I also rolled my own, but instead just chose to just vpn with the server in my closet. Nothing fancy but I can get to it assuming the power in my home doesn't go out.

I'm using Ultramon on a laptop that I like to plug into a monitor when I'm at home and it's working splendidly.
Credit Union all the way. I hear enough about the big chain banks that I don't even want to step foot into them. ATM fees aren't really an issue because I rarely use an ATM (or cash)
@Ashutosh: ever try TOR or Hotspotshield? Both are pretty popular in my neck of the woods.
@ninedosus: old.thesixtyone.com still has a bunch of CreativeCommons music available for free download. It's a dying site, though. [Uvumi.com] seems to be filling the vacuum.
@lindsayk: I bought the "marshmallow" earbuds from Walmart for $15. I only planned on using them until I had enough money to buy something better like Klipsch, but they actually don't sound that bad, so I'll let them live out the rest of their short wal-mart priced lives before I replace them. Anything is better…
