    Heyo, Open Thread! I was wondering if anybody has anything interesting to say about powerline ethernet adapters.     Let's say I actually had an media computer. If I bought a cable card, would windows media center be able to interface with it?

    @pvcrisp: Use Windows SteadyState. You can make changes to the computer using the administrator account, but any changes made with a subaccount will just be rolled back when they log out.

    Before investing in an inventory system, always talk to your insurance agent as to what the best method is. It is, after all, their opinion that matters. Not yours.

    What I like about newegg is that it tells you if the reviewer actually purchased the item from Newegg and how long they've had it. Just that little element of trust in a web of anonymity .
