I would think the place to take it for servicing would be the BMW dealership.

Shame it was bog slow.  I also liked the next gen of Supras.  Side note, I owned a 85 Celica GT that looked about the same from the front wheels back minus the spoiler.

Strange, I’ve only see one in the wild ever.

Better yet, sell the same number, but for a higher price.

The same reason I take the wallet out of my back pocket when I drive longer than around town.

Yes, I was specifically referring to the condition of the interior of the car.

Radio personality from FL I listen to had a couple of year old Camry Hybrid totaled after a minor collision where someone backed into him in a parking lot. Initial estimate was a couple of thousand, and then ballooned into the over 20k range when more damage was uncovered. Insurance company tried to get out of paying

That’s why the wording is important. Wind can’t ‘push’ you faster than it’s traveling. However, it can be used to create a pressure differential over a wing that technically pulls you faster than the wind speed.

It’s actually pretty hard to climb out of a river with banks that steep. Most trucks couldn’t do it. That being said, I don’t think a Wrangler would get washed downstream in this particular situation. One key difference between cars and trucks in rivers is cars sit so low the water hits their body, and thus exerts

All the government workers didn’t take time out of their day to show up, it IS their job to show up every day.

That’s why I like my foreign cars built in the foreign country the company comes from.

They don’t have franchised dealerships, and they have sales centers where they have a demo you can drive, but not a stock on hand ready for you to drive off.

So blood all over the place is better?

Had to have been garaged.  I have a friend with a (broken) one and that car is the hottest car in the summer I’ve ever encountered.  It’s an actual oven inside, and his interior shows it.

They recently sent us a piece of stainless steel equipment at the restaurant I work at. It’s large, and every edge (and there are many, since it consists of a base and 7 bins to hold cooking tools) is a sharp edge that will slice you in a second - especially if your skin is wet.  We have to wash it in the sink, and

Here’s the problem, and it’s the data. So when they do a crash report, they just check all the boxes that apply - whether or not they were a cause of the accident.

The rear axle in that Isuzu was also a similar style to the Ford 9", and Toyota is, too.  They all had removable center sections that bolted into the axle housing.

Your last comparison is exactly what I decided when I bought my C-Max (35 mpg) instead of a Prius (45 mpg) 5 years ago. The additional fuel savings per year in the Prius (500 more than 2000 I was saving with the C-Max) wasn’t worth the lower ride height, reduced interior room and 2 second slower 0-60 time.

The jump from averaging 20 to 35mpg in my delivery vehicle was a big one that saves me 2000 per year. Going from 35 to 50 will only save me 600.

My Jetta did the same thing.  Quite annoying when I was driving through Houston in a torrential downpour one time.
