It’s fairly easy to find nice BMW seats in junkyards. Sure, there are lots of ones that are thrashed, but I’ve managed to find nice sets for all of my BMWs. Plus the seats are fairly interchangeable, even if you just need a part. For instance e46 (3-series), e53 (X5), e63/64 (6-series) and e83 (X3) seats share

Do not get a BMW V8.  They just have a bunch of problems, and hard to repair items.  Stick with the straight sixes, I chose a X3 3.0 over a X5 4.4 due to past history with both engines.

I had a door skin replaced and the front side of my crew cab truck repainted a year ago and it was less than 2k. 2014 Ram 1500. Oh, it it gets the same fuel mileage as that S-10.  With double the horsepower and lots more room.

Exactly, they are all tall wagons.

Yes, just like those ‘Russian trawlers’ were out there to catch fish.  I’m sure China is completely telling the truth, because they are known for their truthfulness.

I’m sure he does.  Because the part cost I reference is to the consumer, not the manufacturer.  Particularly when it’s a $1 part that fails and you have to replace a $750 module instead of the $1 part.

As a used vehicle purchaser, if the car you’re selling has bad tires I’d rather you take the price of 4 of the cheapest tires you can buy off the price, and then let me decide what tires I want on the vehicle.

If the goal is to get more EV sales, why not make the tax break refundable?

We’ve taken 15-20 cheap and easy to source parts and combined them into 1 proprietary part that costs 10x as much as the sum of the individual parts and can only be ordered through us!

You can do them with almost any way of paying, from 100% up front, to nothing up front.

They were forcing people to actually buy the car. What many people did before was trade the car in at a different dealership without every putting the title in their name, which saved a bunch of money on taxes and registration fees (more taxes.)  Once there was so much money on the table and a shortage of supply,

I just found a way to put a shallow mount double DIN in my 00s BMWs - definitely a great upgrade since I mainly use them for long road trips.

My hybrid Ford has been one of the most reliable vehicles I’ve ever owned.  Much of the stuff that normally goes bad on ICE cars isn’t there (starter, alternator, belts, etc.) It doesn’t have all the weight of an EV because it only hauls around a little battery, but it gets double the gas mileage of cars of similar
