I can’t take credit for this, Matt Ufford on twitter can. I’m stupid and can’t link tweets.

Still better than the Landon Donovan statue.

I don’t like liking Jim Harbaugh. This is such a weird feeling.

As a law professor, supporter of publicly-funded legal aid, and long-time ill-fitting khakis advocate, I assure you that in our cabal, public legal aid and khakis go together like... well, like khakis and absolutely any top you could imagine. Blazer, dress shirt, polo shirt, t-shirt...

STICK TO SLACKS

Irish I could have read that without laughing.

Obligatory comment about how my sister made $xx amount of money in one week working from home

I would think the difference would be knowing what the fuck you are doing. Which would, ironically, make Gamercon the amateur and everyone else the professionals.

Ugh, fine, have a star.

Salaries! If you get paid to run the event it’s considered professional but if you don’t you’re an amatuer. That said if you’re doing something for free it’s becasue you love doing it and you do your best work when you love what you do and your motivated by something other than just getting paid.

Played the trial highly recommend. Seriously it’s ducking amazing.

I’m still getting it. I think people who are criticizing Andromeda right now are looking at the series with a set of rose colored nostalgia glasses. Either that or they have an Axe to Grind with the series still over Mass Effect 3.

I put down $5 for the EA access trial, definitely pushed me towards a purchase. Ryder is every bit as compelling as Shepard, and the tiny snippet it gave of the story was enough to keep me interested up to the end. The combat feels like a real improvement over ME3, and the updated dialogue tree is much more immersive

I pre-ordered a month or so ago, and honestly nothing I’ve seen has changed my mind about that. I played the full 10 hours of the Origin Access trial, about 6 in single and the rest in multi and I had a lot of fun in both. Maybe it’s not ME2, but from what I’ve seen it is at least as good as ME3 which is still one of

I was on the fence too, but I played 10 hours of the demo on Origin and it sold me. The game IS glitchy and the animations are bad (as well as the rigging of the characters), and the dialogue is lackluster, and the music is forgettable... but the combat is good, the story is interesting enough, the exploration content

I’m getting it. The news has definitely put me off, but even a bad Bioware game is worth the money to me. Even if it’s not as good as the previous 3 games, I still can’t miss out on the attempt. It’s got to be good for at least a playthrough.

DA:O, all 3 mass effects and even DA2, I replayed all of them multiple times.

I played up to the cutoff of the EA Acces free trial which is about 5 to 6 hrs of solid gameplay. I’m looking forward to the rest of the game. The animation is wonky but so is the animation for Bethesda games and nobody cares. The story seems interesting and more personal than the trilogy. It also seems like it has a

Guys, seriously...

Oh yes, I too remember that meeting, we did in fact vote Mass Effect 1 as the best Mass Effect game ever ... the mail, market with ‘Obvious Fact’, must simply not have reached those with poor taste in games.
