Somewhat similar... but in my opinion, Infamous does everything much better. I didnt care for Prototype, but really enjoyed Infamous.

Heard its terrible game. Bummer, sounded interesting..

I enjoyed it, but the combat was really "grindy"... If you want to play by yourself, you'll spend a good amount of time hacking away slivers of the enemy's health bar. Probably better for multiplayer.... Great ideas though.
