@Lotte: I think this was the point of their once-radical VVA program, where common aluminum castings could be combined with extrusions of different lengths to make a variety of cars.
A Lotus for that 9-hour traffic jam in Beijing?
I can has turbines????
But the best future bus/people mover has to be the Columbus from Italdesign. BMW powered mega-win.
@Jackie: The HSR series of coupes were really cool with their active control of everything. If anyone wondered where AYC and every other acronym on an Evo came from (or the Active Potato on the 3000GT VR4) here's the daddy.
I really dug IAD's Alien and later Venus concepts.
@Fat Tire: Brilliant! I almost forgot about my love for this concept!
Insane amounts of win, and a real forward-looking but past-respecting rat rod. I love it!
Chrome intake runners from any Alfa are worth easily $3k, so for $550 more you get a whole, working car, not a bad deal.
Business model by Fisker, styling ala Saleen, claims in the mold of BYD...
Autonomous cars can/will be cool, but not if Eric here has any say in their design.
Easy, the Mini Cooper Clubman's stupid dual gate.
I really don't understand the use of gun here. Why didn't he show his badge instead?
I always respected these cars when I was a kid, but when time came that I could get one B16a Sis, 2.5RSs and the like were irresistible.
My #2 has to be mentioned. I only know about this car from reading Evo Magazine, and from their ranking it amongst the top-10 drivers cars of all time (and besting the Integra Type R as the best FWD ever) it has to be the Renaultsport Megane R.26.R.
@JonZeke: Genius of a car.
@ECfromMI:
Odalisque! The 1938 Talbot Lago T150S with body by Figoni et Falaschi.
With a more recent Benz diesel? Total win. Unknown V8? He's asking too much.
