Not gonna lie, this is what I was hoping I’d see

#9 most definitely. My ‘73 Maverick and my ‘69 F-250 have no cupholders at all, it’s rather annoying. And #6, I mounted an aftermarket horn in my truck and put the button on the dash, thinking it would be just as convenient. Nope. I was wrong.

I live just south of the border from Abbotsford, it’s kind of cool to see familiar scenery in that video.

The Chrysler New Yorker. I had one of these for short time (it was part of a series of trades). The 3 things I hated were 1.) the waterfall grill, 2.) That odd body line that swoops down in front of the rear wheels, and 3.) there was just something odd about the proportions of the C pillar, rear deck, and trunk area.

The 3rd gen Camry wagon is just so bad haha. My first car was an ‘88 Camry wagon which had proportions that weren’t too horrific.

I must’ve gotten a little distracted on the Ford website because I came out with this ($73,715 for the record)

I must say, I can appreciate a pair of mid-rise ape hangers on a bobber.

I get what you’re saying there for sure. The C5 just doesn’t excite me and make me want to run out and spend the money on one (if I had it that is. Let’s be real, I’m broke). The C4 on the other hand... if I had cash in hand, I’d consider it.

That’s actually the reasoning behind tractors with roll over protection systems (ROPS). If you don’t have ROPS, you do NOT want to have a seatbelt hindering your ability to get clear of the machine in the event of a rollover. If you have ROPS, you want to ALWAYS wear your seatbelt because it’ll keep you on the safe

The only area where clearance was an issue was with the cheap headers that someone put on the thing at one point. They kept hitting the motor mounts. However, they were booger welded, sleeved, bent, and definitely not outflowing a pair of stock exhaust manifolds so I just cut them off at the heads and got them out of

It’s not a horror story, just a little personal accomplishment: I pulled my first motor this past weekend. Pulled the 360 FE V8 out of my ‘69 F250. With nothing but hand tools and a cherry picker (and a tree in my driveway for cover when it started to rain), it wasn’t too bad.

Very nice! Mine is on my ‘73 Maverick making whopping double digit horsepower figures lol

I love Raikkonen’s “leavemealoneIknowwhatI’mdoing” line. I actually have one of the Blipshift stickers that say

Yeah, photos don’t do those cars justice for sure. I’ve only seen two in person, a white first gen and a red second gen. I think the second gen is owned by someone who lives around here because I’ve seen it twice.

Mad props to Ms. Schmitz!

Unrelated to the new NSX, but I saw an older NSX driving in town the other day. Thought to myself, “holy shit, an older NSX.” You don’t see them very often (at least not where I live).

The C4 and C5 Corvette interiors are about as interesting as the Camaro interiors of similar vintage. Not exceedingly interesting but at the minimum, functional.

Ducks are also nowhere near as resilient as chickens, especially at younger ages. I used to work at a farm supply store and we’d get ducks and chicks in from time to time. The chicks were easy to take care of: feed, water, change their bedding material, and make sure they had the proper amount of heat. The ducks, on

No lives were lost. I’d call that a success for the systems in place.

It’s really hard to top a safety system that can handle a car making a nearly 200 mph leap toward spectators without any lives lost.
