Ahhhh. Fairfax County Virginia. This is the same county that ticketed and enforced a Reckless Driving ticket based on the SOUND of a vehicle coming down a hill. A customer of mine made his court appearance, asked the officer if there was any evidence (both when he was pulled over and in court) and the response both

Years of using a loud keyboard without proper hand protection has left my hands hard of hearing as well.

Trim line and an awkward angle on the photo hide the actual lines of the door. Tis a full sized (as much as anything is full sized on one of those cars) door.

Mazda 2. In Sport or Touring trim, doesn’t matter as long as 5spd. Mine never seems to average less than 30mpg with mixed city/highway in the D.C. area. Long highway stints hit over 40mpg too. Lots of fun on twisty road, nimble and quick in city traffic, and more than capable of a camping trip for 2 plus dog.

It could affect everything from acceleration to throttle response, overall power output and even fuel mileage. This could make cars that are making quite respectable power, to something akin to the bad old days of the late 70’s non-turbo diesel Mercedes.

I would say there are a couple of options. First it could be based solely on constant rpm and wheel speed differential.(Dyno based tailpipe testing) Second it could be based on OBDII based queries of the emissions monitors. The latter is used by a lot of states/areas that emissions test cars since it’s much quicker

You know, the longer I live in D.C. the more I can see something like these little quadracycles or even the Japanese Kei cars making alot of sense. Parking is miserable, streets are narrow (think 2 way traffic on streets that are no wider than a 1 way in most neighborhood streets in northern VA) with cars on atleast 1

Interstate 76 without a doubt did car based combat better than it has ever been done since. Got a copy when it bought a MS Sidewinder 2 Force Feedback stick. Spent atleast a full year (in hours) of my early teens with this game. I mean come on, turret mounted .50cal’s on a Gremlin (Leprechaun)!

As several have said, 2k for a running, driving car is awesome. 2k for something rare'ish and fun, even better. GM products of this era are plastic fantastic and cheaply built, but by and large reliable, long lived and cheaply maintained (at home or in a shop). Nice Price all day.

I was listening to the radio this morning and heard this. At the same time a VA statey pulled onto the highway and all hell broke loose. You see I live in D.C. and drive into Northern VA for work. (Her job is downtown in d.c., it ends up cheaper for us) I suddenly realized why everything went to crap. Southbound 395

It is a bit bat shit but it is an obscenely effective way to drive better fuel economy no matter the income bracket. If an Aston and a Fiat 500 are in the same bracket then emissions/fuel consumption are regulated the same despite very obvious price differences.

I seriously wonder if so many of you who have been saying msrp is a rip off, actually understand how selling items in a retail setting works. Is the msrp more than what the dealer paid? Absolutely, but so is the retail price of your pants. That difference between list and cost is part of how every every person there

Yet a bigger loss per unit sold vehicle (the Veyron) I have seen more examples of on the road than the LFA. So it was too expensive for what you got even by halo car/exotic standards. So price is still a problem.

I so miss this game. One of the best car based shooters ever. Each car was unique in the way it handled, accelerated and so forth. The managing of armor, number of weapons, engine size/power, etc was a huge amount of fun. Oh and the Leprechaun (Gremlin) was my go to. Mostly because I had one at the time.

Just a minor gripe but since it's my home town (and this kind of spelling confusion almost got my family in alot of trouble while in Mexico) the spelling is Columbia, not Colombia.

Why are these not standard for daylight stages!? Seriously, so awesome.

Looks interesting at the very least. Maybe not HARDCOOOORRRREEEE enough for some, but far more capable than it will likely ever need to be for most buyers.

Not a bad list a all. Just need a 10 used GT cars under 100k. My pick is the wonderfully understated Ferrari 456.

It's like the F-type and current Miata had a drunken night of awkward sex and 9 months later we got an F-type for the masses. Best accident in awhile me thinks.

Acura's base is so small at this point it doesn't matter if the TLX appeals to them, it needs to appeal to everyone in the market for a mid level luxury vehicle. That said I don't see enough wow in any aspect of the TLX that will draw people in from other makes.
