Lol, fair enough but i usually function on a sliding scale of lazy. If something is 20% more effort but has to be done half as often the it wins by 80% less effort.

I live in DC as well and find that my Mazda2 has absolutely no problems stopping repeatedly in dc traffic or on 95/395 in northern VA. Drums work quite well if they are sized appropriately to the vehicle. My car has a curb weight of 2300lbs, rear discs are overkill.

I wish I could give something like this a home alongside my Mazda2. Two ideal city cars. One gets great mileage, cuts through traffic and is easy to park. The other to just intimidate its way through.

I actually live IN Dc and drive down to Lorton every day in Northern VA. I picked up a Mazda2 a month and a half ago and it's been great. Mileage (with atleast 1 massive stop and go backup to sit through a week) has been averaging about 32mpg and it only has 1600 miles on it so far. The 5spd is a wonderfully direct

"Dropping" a 401 into a Gremlin was hilariously easy if you started with a Gremlin X as the 304 is externally the same as a 401. Really kind of a proto-hot hatch.

My girlfriend and I have said the same thing over and over. A completely unregulated taxi service is sketchy as hell. Uber and Lyft have pretty much doomed themselves by not getting in with regulators from the start. Just a basic license saying that the local authorities know who you are and that you're operating a

Cold temperature discharge. Biggest problem with Lithium Ion batteries. Selling cordless impact guns for a certain tool company, we openly advise people like Tow Truck drivers that if they are going to leave the gun in the truck, they should purchase the ni-cad version over the lith-ion due to that one issue. A

The point is in just how different the cars are. One even from the factory was a light, nimble homoligation special that has been further sharpened for it's main purpose. The other weighs twice as much and looks like, on paper atleast, that it should be a wallowy boulevard rocket and yet is actually a much more

God now I miss my 98 S70 T5. Love the way a white block under load/boost sounds.

Here In D.C. it's a toss up between any iteration of the prius and the Tesla Model S. There are at least 3 S's within a quick walk of our place and I see atleast as many more on my drive to work in the morning.

Looks like a perfect candidate for a Lemons Super Legera spyder estate. Nice price it is!

The hardest car to park is actually ANY car owned by someone from Maryland or Virginia who is visiting DC on a Friday or Saturday night. Atleast a half car length between them and the nearest car fore or aft, and about the same betwwen them and the curb. And despite all of this space they will still leave

Well painted, looks to be swapped cleanly and definitely interesting/fun. An aftermarket speedo, 5 minutes of math to figure the correct speedo gear and an afternoon to install it away from perfection. NP all day.

I want this guy for a neighbor. So much more fun than the ones I have and would give me an excuse to risk my life for no particular reason except fun. NP all day.

Not quietest if you're replying to me or not but my numbers were figured using a similar method. A few runs to Chicago and back, a few to northern Arkansas and a few to St Louis and back. All at different times of year, different wind conditions etc, and I would avg between 30 and 30-32mpg.

Considering my 98 S70 T5 5spd would hit 30-32mpg on the highway even after a boost controller, i'd believe hos numbers over the epa's. He'll when they revised the mileage estimation numbers a few years ago they said my T5 wouldn't get more than 25mpg.

Pull off the pedals and give me some more polished metal surfaces (especially a brass or brass like metal), paint it black and add a tad more fuel capacity and I am sooo in.

Yup. A lever for every gear. Great for drag cars. Probably not alot of fun in traffic though.

I've seen 3 of these now without any effort. 1 in Little Rock Ar and 2 in DC. (1 of the DC examples I walk by every day) Good looking cars they are but every time I see one I also think to myself "Now that is what the Panamera should have looked like."
