I couldn't purchase a new car wholly online. I would still need to drive it and see what the actual car feels like. Otherwise I would gladly purchase the car digitally and get exactly the car I want.
I live on Florida ave nw and can tell you traffic enforcement is definitely out and about. Th city declared all of its employees as essential personnel. Trash pickup, dmv, parking enforcement, etc is all functioning. Upshot is traffic is about a third of what it usually is this time of day.
