The Punisher was hard-R in both visible violence and language. There’s 0 chance it comes to Disney+.

24's not the best example. They really had to dig deep into the barrel to sustain all 24 hours of each season’s day (Kim and the cougar?)
The movies themselves have shifted too - from conspiracy thriller to nonsensical action to really solid caper/heist action
AAAARON RUUUUUN
I see what DC is doing with Peacemaker which is hard-R, and wonder if Marvel will ever do a show like that. Maybe Deadpool? The Netflix shows were as gritty as it got (Punisher especially went to extremes, and JJ had some dark content).
I pronounced it Seven Ev Es before reading it - of course after, I pronounced it correctly.
ST: SNW - everyone trying to get in on that Yellowstone/1883 vibe
A Fiero was retrofitted to go into space. There’s “literally” no limit they can’t break.
Thank you for reminding me about Tenchu.
Our attention spans have changed - we’re more used to shorter inputs, and are absorbing them faster, making long drawn out affairs more noticeable (if not outright un-preferred.) Back in the 90s, also, there wasn’t as much options and competition for our entertainment dollars as there are now. All that being said,…
Well not with that attitude
I know nothing about Moon Knight but want to learn more about this pimp debt collector from classic monsters’ version
Funny to see Bettany duck out of the shot. Every time I read about Scorsese criticizing Marvel and comic book stuff, tell me that Elizabeth Olsen isn’t acting the F out of this scene (and the entire show) in the midst of all the set design and green screen, and that it’s not hitting on real emotion.
Yea this is a pretty important distinction. Jussie is...otherwise occupied at the moment.
I think exactly this. Encanto got a huge bump when released on streaming at home over the holidays - it got lots of repeat viewing and now we all don’t talk about Bruno. If anything, animation lends itself “better” to streaming.
How is it that we are 2 years into this and people still parrot bullshit nonsense like this? Like is this a willful thing you’re doing or do you really not understand it?
I think your experience just goes to show how endemic COVID is now. As in, we’re all going to get it eventually, except for that one guy in a bubble in a bunker under Antarctica. Get vaxxed, get boosted, protect yourself as much as you are willing to, and minimize your chances of significant effects.
Kids and parents will know him as Kristoff from Frozen
Like anything - relationships, work, groups - communication. Had they announced this prior to delivery, people would be not happy but they would understand. We shouldn’t need to find out from people on reddit about missing features. And Tesla is terrible at communication. I know everything about my Model 3P from…
It’s literally Giancarlo Esposito in-character taunting you though - they’ve built an entire ad campaign out of it.
