Ahh I feel for you bro
Y’all had to bring up Snatcher. In the 90s I bought the Sega CD version new at KB Toys in the bargain bin for $10, played it through multiple times and enjoyed it each time. Then we had to move and my mom made us give our Genesis and Sega CD to our neighbors. Years later (and today), Snatcher for Sega CD sells on eBay…
I was excited to finally upgrade to an iPhone XS, and knowing my past iPhone quick-discharge battery issues, I bought a few wireless charging pads to lay throughout the house, at work, by the bedside, etc. Problem is - this phone’s battery lasts fucking forever. A full day’s use and I’m not past 40% use by the time…
Huge miss IMO, just like how they never offered a convertible Challenger. But hey, both are selling like hotcakes so FCA must know stuff we don’t
You’ve got a lot of dudebros who hate, hate the new design language. But they really are the most handsome trucks.
No I don’t want to share. But, same dilemma, I don’t know if I want to drive it or ride in it more.
I hope people keep loving these. I sold mine on ebay for $75. Easy money for plastic.
Same. I want to take a lil old lady and parkour the rooftops of London
I know - he’s talking about how convenient it is to go from 1-2. So wouldn’t it be the same convenience from 2-3?
I doubt FCA is selling many Caravans to retail buyers, it’s mostly fleet at this point. But I can see some families chasing every single dollar and not caring about any of the creature comforts which the Pacifica brings/improves on, and the GC fits their bill.
Not only that, but with kids, they tend to swing open doors with no regard to cars parked next to them. Sliding doors and low entry are best for them.
Your second point contradicts your first. Bench seats (which are still available, as options) in the second row make getting into the third more difficult. I think 2nd-to-3rd access is more important than 1st-to-2nd, and manufacturers do too. Not sure why you can’t change a diaper on any other surface other than a…
We have a hybrid - was ok losing Stow-n-Go because we never really used it, and with two car seats in the 2nd row they would never get folded. It’s an oddity seeing such a big van scoot so quick on electric power alone.
There’s not much spiff to be had on the Hybrids - only $180 separates invoice from MSRP. Dealers don’t carry much inventory as salesmen don’t really know how to sell it. Chrysler doesn’t even advertise it much as a plug-in hybrid. Damn shame, we love ours and with the tax credit it was cheaper than a gas version.
I never saw the reboot, only knew that Uma Thurman looked noice in the catsuit and I think this was the movie that made Sir Sean Connery quit acting.
Ahh who cares about paper stats. My Charger beats those numbers easily. It’s the visceral experience of how the car delivers those numbers that matter. I’m all in.
You’re buying it as a brutal, no-compromise engine with what seems like an attempt at a cabin and 4 wheels around it - who cares about accoutrements like “windows” and “soft tops”?
We love ours. There’s nothing I would change on it, and I save roughly $1.60 per gallon based on my calculations. I read an article today about how the minivan is dying and it makes me sad.
I’ve been in the city and surrounding burroughs a few times. It’s nowhere I’d like to live in, but interesting to visit. Just, a LOT going on. Bags of money doesn’t hurt.
There are Pacifica Hybrid owners who have fully charged their 16 kw battery going a steep downhill. That’s regeneration I can get behind
