Absolutely!  I live in a rainy area (Vancouver Island), and I can’t live without my good rubber floor mats.  My GTI came with a set from the dealer, and my Crosstrek Wilderness I’m waiting for will have them as well.  Also, a rubber cargo mat is also a must where I live.  Plus it keeps things from sliding around.

I’m a firm believer that cops empty clips and keep reloading and then claim that a bad guy fired first.

If this toolbag even claimed he income.

With all of that known information one would think these supposedly trained, professional LEOs could have come up with a better way to take this guy in other than trying to swarm his car in plain clothes and guns drawn.

Cops managed to take that Florida woman in without firing a shot, and she was actively shooting up cars on the highway!

None of that justifies 5 cops firing 96 times. The criminal penalty for everything you described is not summary execution. Cops aren’t supposed to be executioners.

Agree. Installed current one myself.

no you misunderstood I was the lead engineer, I was in charge of putting lead in the thing to ummm reduce vibrations !

Yeah, Subaru did these well. The original owner oped for factory ones in my 2011 Outback, and they’re great even now.

adaptive cruise control - life changing.  for the better part of 20 years I never used cruise control on highways because it was always an on-off thing.  now I set it where I want to be, let the car handle when traffic builds, and then jet back on my way when it clears up.

Anti-vax/anti-mask tirade?

Yeah, $600k was probably a bit optimistic. $1 mil+ is where you finally get a decent Class A, but you still have to choose carefully. At the end of the day it’s not a terribly regulated market so it’s easy to get ripped off if you’re not aware of what components are good and which aren’t.

You’re not paying for the foundation. You’re paying for the appearance of luxury.

This is how the game is played.

I’ll echo these points. If was actually serious about getting a class a I’d probably opt for a higher quality 10+ yr old one that I can just refurbish. Some of those old Beavers or similar had pretty nice cabinetry, and their mechanics, based on a friend in the bus industry, were more on the “standard” commercial side

I scratch my head every time I see a 6-figure mega-RV with interior finishes from the late nineties.  I mean, I know architecture and interior design in the suburbs tends to be pretty dated but RV manufacturers take it to the extreme.

That’s the problem, there is a tiny fraction of a percent where lack of a seatbelt could save a life, and people who don’t want to wear them latch on to those. When I was seventeen, I was in one of those situations. I wasn’t actually thrown from the vehicle, but I am convinced that in that specific instance the lack

Yeah. Owning an RV is like owning a boat. Sounds fun but it’s a horrible idea. And for similar reasons. Most RV’s are made with fiberglass layered over plywood. Over time water will seep into the plywood and cause wood rot and then you get the characteristic soft floor or sagging panels. Same with boats that has

Not just guns but unfettered access to guns for all, including those with criminal backgrounds and/or histories of mental health issues.

Right, like a triple-double in basketball. Usually points, assists, and rebounds. But can use blocks and/or steals in place of 1 or 2 of the others.
