After renting a slightly larger, but still small enough to fit through a standard 36" doorway diesel powered one - I joked to my wife that if I ever truly lost my shit, I was gonna:

This man...this man should work for the DOT. He knows how to do it right!

Yeah, but in this case, you can use the excavator to refill the hole!!!

Yes we must protect the sanctity of these deep, meaningful lyrics:

Well 30 is more than 20. I just know 2000ish was when I started noticing the parking lot of the law firm I was managing their IT infrastructure for started filling up with Harley’s version of the Goldwing during the spring and summers.

Was on vacation, didn’t see it.

I...don’t hate it.

It started with the Countach, actually!

LP stands for Longitudinale and Posteriore, referring to the engine orientation.
780: horsepower figure
4: number of wheels driven

I know what you’re saying, but trust me: this is one of the easier ones.

Nissan does not make ramen. Nissin makes ramen. I believe I’ll leave the other corrections to the commenters above. But hey, 2 out of 5 ain’t bad...? No, it’s bad.

Spouse and I have had a running joke about getting a Yamaha bathtub one day, as we seem to own everything else you guys make.

The main reason I will never buy a Hyundai is that I worry about ticking the wrong option boxes,

Honestly, he probably wore all of those completely out.

That was indeed a great read. He was an excellent writer.

I thought the same things.... No 2 wheelers.

I agree. I see quite a few mclarens, et all around town, and the new vetter just does not do it for me. I mean, strokes for folks. I see a new supra in white all the time and think it looks great. But that new vette just looks piecemeal to my eye.

I disagree, the rear of the C8 is hideous.... particularly with any of the wings. “Needs to fit two golf bags” ruined the rear and made it blocky and ungainly. Imagine if it had the Low and short rear like a McLaren.

And sometimes it’s not the load itself, necessarily, but the retrieval efforts that can also be dangerous.

I was helping a friend move a bunch of years ago and we had a mattress fly off the trailer. Luckily if was VERY light traffic. We pulled over and started walking to get it and I looked at him and said “You do realize that we are now “those guys”” and we both laughed. Luckily it caused no problems for anyone but us

Are you saying this is a driver’s car?
