I get the purpose of this study, to see the nutrients. But even from the image posted on this article, almost milk beats everything in almost every category for being very light. If that’s what you’re going for, which I definitely am... it’s an excellent choice. I get my nutrients from other sources

Less calories, more calcium. Seems like if you are drinking milk for one reason, calcium, which most people point to as the reason for milk, Almond milk doesn’t seem like that bad a choice.
