They should have just done the AM2R thing. Wait till it’s finished, then release it, then Nintendo can’t get it off the internet because it’s too late. It’s trying to get urine out of a swimming pool.

Ah fuck, I knew this guy via an internet forum. Always seemed very nice and we were all so happy when we found out he had ascended from “mod maker” to “actually works at the studio”. I had heard the cancer had come back recently but I didn’t think it would take him so quickly

The entire time I read this piece, I was thinking “why don’t they just hack the steam achievements”. If the unattainable achievement is a metaphor for the American dream, it’s not a very good metaphor if getting it is trivial on the PC, and the consoles don’t allow you to have this gimmick.

How many pieces about that one streamer with the fake mustache did Kotaku post? Even when the summary was often "we have no news on why he was banned".

The real question now is if you’re gonna buy an Xbox Series S or X, which is quite literally the same system just stronger. You still have the professional obligation to cover it, but almost nothing has changed.

Still not sure why they changed the power stuff to no longer be accessible by holding down the PS button.

> On the bright side, the delay gives the publisher more time to re-evaluate its confusing next-gen upgrade policy.

I forget who it was, but somebody in the games press said it on Twitter when Kotaku kept posting nothing-articles about Dr Disrespect, because the articles were just variations on “Dr Disrespect banned from Twitch, doesn’t know why” over and over: you don’t always have to write the article.
