This and a related article on the BBC were the first Ezra Miller stories I’ve read where the awkward use of pronouns didn’t make the text confusing to understand.

I wonder why a lot of people drive so fast.  I have a theory that they just don’t understand speed, momentum and inertia very well.

I’m still trying to understand why she was driving so fast. This whole thing is just so senseless.

100% She deserves every single bit of those 90 years

She’s a fucking nurse, she knows there are easier and less destructive ways to commit suicide. She could have taken an insulin overdose and sat in a closet.

If thinly sourced stories that she was drunk and on the phone turn out to be true then it’s under the jail please. But even if they aren’t, you can’t just be “tired” to run into people doing 100 like that.

I read yesterday that she was allegedly drinking and arguing with her boyfriend. If true, her personal drama cost multiple lives.

Medical industry is always #1. I can live without a new car or cable TV...maybe not internet.

Oh MY take is shitty? Well congratu-fucking-lations for setting the example dealers should adhere to. But you’re living in your own little bubble. Considering that even NON CAR PEOPLE fucking hate what dealers have become recently, my take is the least shitty, and justifiable. It’s what everyone wants to say aloud.

Add medical insurance companies, and you’ve got yourself the trifecta of shitty assholery.

Right now I hate car dealers about the same as cable companies. That’s about as low as you can go.

The subprime auto loan crisis will be brutal.

I have never had any brand or dealer loyalty. Never bought from the same dealer twice, and have owned cars from all kinds of different manufactures. I always shop the best price online for the car that meets my needs at that time.

“’ll make it clear for you...Prey is a purposeful anachronistic mishmash.”

Also thought it was a great story, I felt the French trappers were a little cartoonish, like something out of a 90s cartoon. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed the action and our leading lady.

Spoiler alert!

I liked it. I watched original and then this back to back (my wife had never seen the first one) and I thought the action was better and the story more interesting. The movie itself was beautiful (Alberta never disappoints). The French trappers added an interesting wrinkle as everyone in the movie was

That film was spectacular plus or minus the ending.

See where I wrote “in the absence of another in-story explanation” and “unless you’re imagining a different historical reality” and “in this context”? Yeah, I bet you did.

It’s anachronistic in the sense that there are Native Americans fight space monsters. I don’t believe that ever happened historically to the Comanche.

This seems like the kind of movie that should have gotten a theatrical release.
