It's not high picks; it's picks. A teams' good players usually come from the draft, not free agency or trades, much moreso than in the NBA. The reason teams like NE and Baltimore are good is because they draft well. The reason Oakland and Jax always suck is because they draft poorly.

Because they make up only a small percentage who have made it to that top level. If you watched all the male stand up specials that make it onto HBO or comedy central for like 10 years, and you think all of them suck, then by all means draw whatever conclusions you want.

I've seen the ones who've have big comedy specials at some point. Isn't it fair to presume that those are the best comediennes around?
