You do realize parental leave isn’t just to recover from the physical stress of childbirth? There’s actual human babies that need to be taken care of. 

Even if you didn’t give birth you clearly don’t fucking realize the sheer amount of work and effort newborns require. That and twins don’t double the work, it’s more like an exponential growth in required parenting effort.

I saw an interview with him a few days back (with Jake Tapper) and apparently he’s back. They had a discussion about parental leave as part of the interview. It’s amazing how pathetic the U.S. is when compared to our economic peers when it comes to leave policy. Buttigieg is a good interview. He’s a very sharp guy.
