I’m very pro-vasectomy (got one myself), but just wanted to point out that pretty much all urologists will tell you to treat it as irreversible. They can be reversed, but it’s far more expensive than the initial procedure and sometimes fertility is permanently reduced/eliminated.

Fortunately, I’m committed to never

The only issue with those studies is that at this point, they don’t have large sample sizes. NAC might be beneficial, and those studies are hinting that it could be, but it’s way too premature to say that it is without more data.

I know about 1% of what I’d need to know in order to give you anything worth acting on, so instead I’ll give you (and whoever else is reading this) a rough framework for how to address it. Sorry in advance for the long post.

I was originally elected in November 1976. My name is actually Barbara Mikulski.

I don't know the details of their financial situation, but you would be very surprised how fast medical expenses can drain your account. Even in the age of Obamacare...insurance companies do not really like to pay for even necessary stuff.

And then came the complications, and the age we now live in, the age of the generalist. In this new world the pressures of global success have manifested themselves as a quest for volume and this means everyone has to do everything. Porsche has to make SUVs and BMW has to make front-wheel-drive hatchbacks and Ferrari

You could refer to his journals, if you thought it would have any bearing on the issue.

Dear C.A. Pinkham,

If you're going to make a distinction between shitty, chain sausage and "real" sausage, then you have to do the same for pepperoni. Hormel pepperoni on Little Caesars Pizza: dogshit. A nice piece of artisan pepperoni/salami/other cured meat: awesome. And arguably better than prosciutto. Baking that good prosciutto is
