that doesn't rhyme at all!

I still use a windows machine at work but at home I want my computer to have the same ease of use as any old appliance. I don't know if I agree with Apple's philosophy or if Apple agrees with mine. Either way, I think I've gotten what I've wanted.

This is a little off topic but (I'm not challenging, I honestly don't know the details of IT architecture) isn't the whole "cloud computing" concept pretty much the same idea as a mainframe?

wait one damn minute, are you saying that if we brought pirates back, global warming woud end? Ffs, put an eye patch on and get a parrot! Arrrrr!!

That is one nice-looking AIO. The touchscreen on a flat surface reminds me if those tabletop computers that were introduced a few years ago. I don't imagine I would use the touchscreen that much, but if it's done right and is as slick as I dream about, i would sit it beside my iMac proudly.

I get that you're feeling attacked because there are clearly some that disagree with your comment, but as Cochese said, if your body parts had serial numbers, they would still be the same parts, even if they did regenerate new cells. If you took all your old parts and put them together into a second or even third

You have not had the same computer since 1998 if every part has been changed in the past few years. At best, you can say you've had it since 2007.

I'm going to assume that the RAM is upgradable since 8GB is a cheap upgrade for any laptop. And a dual-core cpu? What the hell? Shouldnt all desktops be quad-core nowadays? What kind of video card is in this? And why don't they just leave windows as is? I don't use Windows but it's supposed to be pretty damn good

i use Airplay to stream audio and video from my iMac to Apple TV and I've never had an issue with performance or quality. The only thing that's a little slow is when it loads my iPhoto library, but I don't really use it for photos much anyway. Anyway, my point is that I haven't had any problems and my Apple TV has

I don't think graphics is the reason to get the next gen system. With new interface thechnology, like the Kinect, you may want a console that can crunch the numbers faster or more efficiently for higher res sensors. Better AI in games, better voice and face recognition are just a few things that don't necessarily

I was reading your comment intently until you wrote "prolly" (please tell me this is just an autocorrect incident). After that, I just skimmed it and dismissed the whole thing.

When I used to surf on my iPhone, I always thought "I would love this on a bigger screen.". Then the iPad came and I loved it. Now that I have a bb provided by my job, I keep thinking the same thing. I would really love to read my work emails and have the ability to open documents, spreadsheets, and images on a

Am I missing something? Why is it $60 a year? I don't get the math if it's $2/month.

its not just a "mild pin-prick" when you have to do it 4 or 5 times a day, every day, for the rest of your life. plus the actual injection of insulin multiple times a day.

Thinner is smaller. I find it funny that apple took such criticism about not having multitasking and here is someone wanting to turn it off because of the exact reason it wasn't implemented in the first place.

The store here only has one spot to pay with cash and the staff don't seem to be able to figure it out. It's always the longest line (in terms of wait time). Sucks when you just want to buy your damn iPod and get out. I should have just bought mine at Best Buy. Apple "stores" are just places to showcase products

I think that to suggest part of the computer experience is to be able swap out parts and tinker with it is an outdated perception of today's expectations of computer usersare computers aren't niche products for only those that are computer savvy to begin with. They are appliances in the home, much like a toaster or

I don't think many women would trust men to take a contraceptive pill. If the guy forgot, who ends up getting pregnant? Certainly not him.

@AustinFound: "most STDs"? How can a Sexually Transmitted Disease not be sexually transmitted?
