“Stop politicizing everything” is something you should tell China. They do that all the time.

No thanks, I think Im gonna play more Breath of the Wild instead and enjoy true freedom.

Not very surprising honestly.

I wouldn’t mind that, however, I would very much mind if that herd accidently thins out my elder relatives with them.

It was mostly in Austrian german-language media because Thomas Mahler, studio head of Moon Studios, said it in an Interview in an Austrian newspaper. Himself being Austrian, he essentially shat on every other Austrian developer, saying that there are basically no talented Austrian developers (well, I suppose he meant,

Cool, another great game directed by a massive asshole developer.

True. I am one of those who wants a Switch port for almost everything.

I need a Switch port. I’m not playing this on the big screen TV in the living room where my wife and baby daughter can see what Im playing.

I would agree that 2 had the better gameplay ideas, but 1 was the total package and even included a bitter sweet story told in form of children’s picture books.

At first I attributed leaving out SMG2 from the 3D All Stars Collection to the fact that unlike 64, Sunshine and Galaxy, SMG2 had a world map, and not really a hub world (though you could roam around the Mario-shaped ship).

OK, that is actually good to hear. At the same time, Epic Store lists Taiwan as “Taiwan, China”.

Whatever, not everyone is American, and China’s abuses (Hong Kong, Tibet, Xinjiang, and the constant bullying of free and democratic Taiwan) need to stop and are not conspiracy theories.

Yep.  That is kind of what makes this ad even more bizarre.

That’s very interesting! (though you probably mean the ROC flag that has also been used by the Republic of China IN China from 1912 to 1949) I have to check that out myself one time...

Even that only makes semi-sense. First of all, both teams’ flags were under Taiwan’s Olympic flag anyway apparently (the Chinese Taipei flag), which is still there for both teams. They only took out the text “Taiwan” and “Taipei”, and even under the PRC’s stance, Taiwan still remains a geographical location.

I mean, no matter how you stand politically, that Taiwan and Taipei exist as a GEOGRAPHICAL location should not be something under debate...

Evoking a 1984 reference when you’re a company that is for a large part owned by China/Tencent (both who are known to mix a huge dose of politics into their business dealings), does bear a certain irony.

My PSP is 8000 kilometers from me, at my mother’s home. I don’t even know exactly where it is, but I hope it’s not a fire hazard.

Holy crap, that is from now on my official headcanon.
