Starfox 2 was kind of western-developed though.

Ah okay, I was missing the knowledge about your previous broken Switch. I see your point in your case.

I still think some outlook would be nice.

The author does make a point that there are already a ton of games out for Switch that should make your decision on whether to buy one decisive.

My hypothesis for Paper Mario not being an RPG anymore is that Nintendo wants to differentiate it more from the Mario&Luigi series.

Lol, frankly I never even heard of Bakugan before this.

Well I never expected Castlevania. But it’s still a dream.

But they explicitly said that it’s a franchise Wayforward hasn’t worked on yet.

New Castlevania with Jake Kaufmann music? I’m in!

Maybe my scale is off, but Kyoto with its 1.5 million-ish population is not really a small town to me (though okay, compared to the metropolis the greater Tokyo area is, it definitely is).

Guanghua Electronic Plaza.

Curse of the Moon, the first one, already was that. Get that if you havent played it yet.

Did you play the first Curse of the Moon?

Ritual is fun too, it just looks relatively ugly.

Memento Mori after all!

The suicidal imagery of Persona summoning in P3 was essentially the visual trick that boosted an once obscure JRPG subseries into fame really. But yes, it wouldn’t need that today anymore.

I would rebuy P5 Royal in an instant, but I don’t have any platform that it’s on. I played P5 on PS3...

While it was cool to see some TNG stuff again, the plot for the episode was all over the place. However, the final few seconds were really good... seeing the beginning of the Federation (which I suppose was always the plan for Enterprise to develop out), and then a good bye to TV trek by seeing all the Enterprises.

OK so you are bitching about Voyager because it didn’t do the things DS9 actually did, and then close it with “B5 > DS9". You do know that DS9 and Voyager are two different shows, right? And DS9 did exactly what you just said you missed on Voyager.

Funny that the main criticism of modern Trek in the veins of Discovery or Picard, would be the thing that would have made Voyager better: being darker and less optimistic.
