We wind up having all boys except for our sons' cousin, mainly because by some freak of nature, all of our friends (and therefore our sons' friends) have had between two and three boys, with no girls. This may change next year, as our oldest enters kindergarten this week.

I'd much rather see the show "find" a long-lost time lady and have the doctor have an equal companion than change his gender.

Sooo yeah, that would have still weirded out. Being comfortable around a nursing mother and actually touching the breast of a stranger are not and the same!

Come to think of it, their nose, mouth, and chin are very similar.

Why not? It's what most places do when they force you to do it in the restroom, astride one of the toilets, which generally don't have lids. And with my first, I did... Or I hid in the car. By the time I had my second, I had gotten good enough to do it without flashing anyone, and would just sit wherever.
