The key word you've mentioned is Inspiron. I used to work for Dell. I will never buy another Dell product again. If maintaining a pc with Windows is not worth the effort for the games, there's always the Xbone/PS4 option, but I completely understand a desire to have one device to do everything.
It would be great if every game ran on every platform, but unfortunately, that's not the world we live in. Likely, somebody at Take Two crunched the numbers and decided it'd cost more to support Mac than they'd make back. It's not always a simple equation of "port game = more money"; porting games costs money.
With the low market share of Macs for gamers (3.46% according to the Steam Hardware Survey) it is naive to expect support for the majority of games (as its a lot of work for little gain). It is however not too much to ask, because otherwise the situation would never change. It probably won't change, but that's another…
That's a very extreme response to a statement that is generally just good common sense. Yes, there are oppressive laws. And yes, there are philosophical points of view that validate resistance to certain laws. But outside of those concerns, countries that are not despotic generally run better if people obey the law.
