I have a 2006 Macbook. I have a 2009 Dell Inspiron. One works the same as it did when it left the factory. The other doesn't, even though it's been reset to factory settings. If I could, I'd put my foot in your mouth.

I didn't buy it, I was fortunate enough to be given it, and I can't stress this enough, I haven't done literally anything with it. I also have a XPS 11-something; it's dead, I think it just needs a new CMOS battery. The Inspiron's been wiped. Thoroughly. Brah.
