That is an amazing observation. You must be an expert Mustangologist. I watched the video 5 times trying to figure out how such a thing could happen and didn’t notice the pattern.

Front end was contained and yet the back still went for the nearest grouping of bystanders

This! Passing on the right is not illegal in any state in the US I’m aware of.

Sucks to be him. Hope he enjoys his 3 to 180 days in jail!

It’s not. In this case, the Toyobaru driver wasn’t doing anything wrong.

At the risk of putting this extremely ineloquently... Bullshit. The liability insurance that is mandatory in most states doesn’t magically disappear because the driver is breaking the law when they get into an accident. They might void his own collision coverage as well as any crash related expenses he might have

Not to the one not at fault. The insurance company - assuming that the camry driver has it - will fix the BRZ, but will NOT cover the insured driver’s vehicle. The insurance company MIGHT go after the driver, and will pretty much be guaranteed to drop them after all this is said and done.

He was continuing to drive in his lane, maintaining speed, and the Camry driver slowed down and merged into him. What are you smoking?

Oh they’d have to, eventually.

Okay, people, it’s not illegal to pass on the right. It’s not even especially dangerous unless you’re passing a semi or something with limited visibility. That’s why they teach kids to check their blind spots in drivers ed. Don’t try to vilify the guy because he was passing a slow, drunk, inattentive Camry driver

Why is this a thing? Trying to find blame on the person did nothing wrong.

To be completely fair, you can go to hell with the other left lane cruisers

BRZ was driving in the right, Camry shouldn’t have been travelling in the left.

To be completely fair, passing on the right isn’t against the law... unlike fleeing the scene of an accident ;)

These are house fires waiting to happen. you are putting a transformer in a tiny space which does not Dispatch heat. the heat can cause component failure and lead to fire. Never get one of these. get a power strip with USB outlet. 1 second install time. on off switch to save power, and throw away when goes bad. Unless

An E46 with 4,700 miles?

I think their warranties back then were basically “If you buy it, it’s yours. If it breaks, you own both parts.”

Years old brand new stock almost always indicates a belligerent dealership you’d rather walk on glass than try to work with.

Gizmodo and other sites are trying to paint Zuck as this bad guy forcing the locals oIt of their homes when it really looks like he’s trying to buy out property the owners aren’t even aware they own. I suggest people read the original article.

American College of Education? Also unsurprisingly a for-profit “college”.
