Basically I can use them to exclude posts from certain feeds that contain certain words. For example, one feed I follow frequently posts one line articles referencing sales on affiliate sites... These are of zero interest to me so I’d rather just filter them out.
How are the “smart folders” these days? I use them quite a bit in ReadKit and that’s really the only thing holding me back from switching.

Oh yeah I never advised someone to just jump into cleans. That’s another great way to injure yourself. It takes a while to get it down and having a trainer or at least a seasoned buddy help you figure it out is really the only way to go.
My biggest gripe with Strong Lifts is the bent over rows instead of power cleans. Bent over rows can really trash your lower back if your form slips for even a second.
