Thanks for the Lift suggestion... I just looked at it's free (right now at least).

You're on the wrong blog.

I don't understand why the watch was necessary for the prank.

My concern isn't that someone is going to break into my house and rob me. My concern is that they are going to break into my house and either kill or steal my dog and/or leave the door open and let my cat out. I would be far more distraught if someone came home and had stolen or killed my pitbull than if they'd

Yeah it's fairly easy to control dogs - even ones that are not your own. If their alpha isn't around, dogs have no incentive to hold to their training. Bang out treats, remain assertive, and as long as they know the basics (sit, stay) then it will be a cake walk.

If you're ever zip tied to a radiator and you can access something thin like your credit card or whatever then you can just shim the locking mechanism on the zip tie to open it up. Zip ties are laughably easy to get out of.

I've purchased plenty of stuff from Harbor Freight, but most of it was stuff I knew I'd use only once and then probably never again. Some of their crescent wrenches are "loose" and you can check by measuring with a caliper. I almost wrecked an expensive sensor on my STI with one of their cheap crow's foot wrenches.

Why? They are two drastically different platforms. Imagine having to write and then defend your thesis in two languages in parallel. That just doesn't make sense.

Apparently a lot of people have really uncool wives.

Our inexpensive version isn't selling well. Just wait though - our pro version will definitely fly off the shelves.

So not only did these asshats throw around and screw with Walmart's stock, they got fired and prosecuted. Let's take a step back here and look at how this shit is costing me money:

My idea of a turbo car is the STI sitting in my garage presently. Or the STI I built before that STI. Or maybe the GSX I built before I built that STI.

I've done this with items I received as a gift. I didn't want to get the giver involved (who lives states away), so I just bought the same item and returned the defective one.

"Clearly both super cars misjudged the power of the turbo BRZ, if they paid attention to their surroundings they would have seen the FMIC and Brembo GT front and rear big brake kit on the car — but I guess you would have had to be in front of the car to see it — right?"

This is why I don't take my car to the dealership for anything.

I used to use nothing but Tabasco, but over time I realized it was too heavy on the vinegar and not enough on the actual flavor.

You know what? I don't mind the idea behind CFLs so much. The lighting from them used to be super weird and headache inducing but now they are much better. They save money in the long run and save me from having to go up on a ladder to change them out so often.

Seriously. Any driver who's watched a 10 minute track safety and etiquette video would have known to get out of the way. The Dyson car was just being a dick.

The Dyson car came up on a much slower car's bumper instead of adjusting the corner exit and going around safely. There was no reason to do what they did and doing that in karting would have at least gotten you a warning. The Conquest car was in the right here.

Perfect timing. The normal Facebook Notifications application stopped working recently. This should be a nice hold over until we get official support in Mountain Lion.
