I was into Marvel comics as a kid and watched all things Marvel up to Endgame, then it became too much and between work, parenting and having a social life I’ve had to pick and choose what I’m going to watch.

Priyanka and Winnie look amazing, and Ziwe was a surprise, didn’t realise she was so hardcore when it comes to working out but those abs make a statement.

Also reminded me of a fortune cookie that I once opened with the “fortune” being a message that said “HELP ME I’M STUCK IN A FORTUNE COOKIE FACTORY”.

I’m not even clear on why they would put that statement out. They are just confirming that they are culpable.

That last part about charging people for his learnings is hilarious, given we are talking a sample size of...one.

Not sure which is more disturbing, his bizarre obsession with youth (despite not looking any younger, I will have to assume he feels fucking amazing) or his incessant compulsion to share every unnecessary detail with the public.

Genuinely confused now - has there been some significant shift since then where students have generally been given less choice in the matter? I’m generally up to date with current events and demographic trends and I’m not aware of anything of the sort.

[The concert attendee that Adele defended from the stage says that the people behind him who were bothered by his standing could have solved the problem by standing as well.]

Yeah it’s a bit ridiculous, I don’t really understand how they can have all those rules while we also hear about how many dogs need to be adopted.

I went to university 25 years ago and every single person I knew had a choice of where they would go, obviously limited to the range of those that they had the grades/test scores to get accepted and were within their budget.

Wondering if anyone is going to have sympathy for students who chose to go to such a fucked up “school” in the first place.

It also depends on what you’re used to when it comes to beer, though. If you’ve generally been drinking the lagers and pilsners that are standard in many countries, drinking an American light beer can be a pretty odd experience unless you were really looking for something intentionally weak in taste and texture.

I get what you’re saying, and I don’t think anyone is saying that it’s impossible or out of the question that someone in her position and from her background would make the same decision that Lisa did. It may even be somewhat common.

As Kylie says, of course there are people out there that would act this way, but the show choosing to portray this instead of anything that really addresses the topic of abortion, and in this political climate, is at least a little disappointing.

That’s probably because, based on actual data and historical fact, men do pose a threat to women.

Don’t disagree with what you’re saying in general, but...

Sadly, this all seems quite possible. Whether these charges were to go ahead or not, the country is deeply, fundamentally divided and either a court case/conviction or an election will just add fuel to the fire. The faint semblance of American democracy that ever existed is fading fast. Struggling to see how the U.S.

For someone whose image is as polished and carefully managed as Beyoncé’s, I’m surprised she’s letting herself get dragged into this. If she’d just kept her performance the same while waiting to see how the case progresses it wouldn’t start to become a barometer reading of how guilty she thinks Lizzo may or may not be.

Congrats, but we all know women who have spent six figures on however many rounds of IVF etc and still not been able to get pregnant. And those are the ones privileged enough to have that much money to spend in the first place.

To be fair/clear, it’s not Berry’s message that women should wait until their 40s to have kids, moreso that women shouldn’t feel pressured into having kids early or having them at all, per your second paragraph. Kylie has added a whole other lens onto this that is more of a tangent and, as you say, probably not solid
