I’m mildly bummed. I didn’t realize til I watched the trailer, that I had some emotional investment in “all DC movies suck except Wonder Woman, MOST ESPECIALLY Suicide Squad.” This looks really entertaining I enjoyed the hell out of the first Guardians movie.

I’m gonna agree with Jesse Hassenger, that Infinity War is just an exercise in sequel setup. It is SO LONG. And arduous. Overlong and over-complicated with too many subplots and team-ups.

Gal Gadot and ScarJo are the two worst.

The people studios bring in for early screenings will always screw positive because...

Unfashionable as this is, my impression is that every single thing I enjoyed in Justice League was probably a Whedonism:

Was hoping some *nix nerd was already in these comments, to well-actually the fact that you need a dash in that command. Good on ya!  I was going to roll up my sleeves and do it myself.

Cars 2 is really fun if, as we did, you see it after digesting all the “Mater’s Tall Tales”. It’s basically a feature-length episode of Mater’s Tall Tales.

First of all, who said “mythical”? Agatha never used such a word.

...but I hated the way Whedon depicted her relationship with Banner.

Black Widow ... the character, even though b list, was always a cool hero and with lots of potential. She’s a much more enjoyable character in comics than Wanda.

Maybe it has happened before?

Oh ok. I must have missed that issue. I mostly collect who’s doing the art.

Her whole point was “I got a harness”.

The Scartlet Witch look is pretty awesome. It has the iconic crown, it doesn’t sexualize her...

Incorrect. Episode stated, and I quote, “The Scarlet Witch is not born, she is forged. She has no coven, no need for incantation.”

Underrated crucial element of L&O Criminal Intent:

* For me, hands down this is the best Scarlet Witch story in any medium. Even Wanda’s most memorable stories in comics weren’t necessarily great showcases for her as a character. But this succeeds both as momentous story and compelling character exploration.

...when Agatha mentioned Wanda is now more powerful than the Sorcerer Supreme...

usually they throw in a “Dr. Strange would have been here but he’s getting hemorrhoid surgery this week”
