Exactly. Now’s a good time to invest in eyepatches.

Another reminder, in the age of streaming, that if you don’t own a copy you can’t rely on it always being there.

Thank God for piracy. But this notion of removing first-party content from their own library is baffling to the point of suicidal. Its trading long-term revenue for a short-term tax bonus, which you only do when you either need money now, or aren’t concerned with that long-term. What it is, is stripmining your own

The creator of the show is on Twitter, where he’s openly encouraging people to pirate it.

Good news: all your favorites are all streaming on Plex!

The fact that he kept tinkering with the water heater, making a mild nuisance into an unbearable racket is classic Walter White.

It’s kind of nice that, as it turns out, what is almost certainly our last glimpse of Walter White in this world isn’t the Nazi-killer super-scientist managing to effortlessly outwit his enemies one last time, but the pompous, bitter and frustrated pedant who can’t even let a harmless thought experiment about time

I can’t believe they left out The Suicide Squad, which spawned the best live action DC item ever: Peacemaker.

Shoreh Agadashloo was amazing in Arcane and I wish there was more of her character in that series.

Just not feeling it. He felt a little forced, both in his choices and because he was in a greenscreen the whole time. It just seemed to be fanservice for fanservice sake without any substance. The Twitter-esque hype machine for him was really odd too.

Man, I hope they don’t bring Krasinski back.

Too bad Qui-Gon never learned that “shrug off getting impaled on a lightsaber” trick that all the Inquisitors seem to know

I remember as a kid sitting on the floor of my dad’s living room, the lights out, watching the original Star Wars trilogy on VHS and having my mind blown at the incredible worlds, aliens, and characters created by George Lucas and Ralph McQuarrie, among many other contributors. I remember being smitten by a princess

As Starship Troopers proved, no matter how obvious and clear a Satire is there will always be people who take it at face value.

Is this specifically “Avatar: The Last Airbender” (as in, specifically Aang’s story as told in the animated series) or will it expand the world? Because honestly I don’t think we need another version of Aang’s story, but I’d be interested to see stuff about previous (and future, after Korra) Avatars.

I agree that it’s in line with Cobra Kai, but disagree that it’s redundant. In his world Duke was a big hero, he saved the world from aliens! Much bigger scope than losing the all Valley karate tournament as a teenager. If it’s done well it could be a really smart look at toxic masculinity of video games/action movies

will follow Josh and Melissa as they explore Schmicago”

Holy shit is that perfect and hilarious. I’m looking forward to season three:  “Miss Schmaigon” and season four “Schmamilton.”

Switch Sports online 4v4 Soccer is all I need. It’s awesome, I can’t imagine this being any more fun than that.
